After assembly, every single semi-finished unit is manually tested by our workers to ensure the lock opens and closes smoothly. If a finished product fails, the entire batch is flagged. Restarting production and re-running the entire inspection process is highly expensive, which is why we hold our manufacturing facilities to the highest standards.

With these three stringent quality control measures, the likelihood of a functional defect leaving our facility is virtually zero. Maintaining this level of oversight is costly; if a mistake happens at any step, we scrap, reproduce, re-inspect, and restart the process.
